Emoness is a drug
I was thinking about this.
Emo songs are like drugs- the more you listen to them, the more you'll keep listening to them and become emo. Does anyone agree?
Talking about something else, I sometimes wonder what my NS future will be. I ooc-ed early on this year :( while the rest are moving on, going through exercises like FT>< etc. The next course is in June, and I'm going alone (most probably). Wonder how it'll be like.
My Ns future is cloudy!

Must book in soon! Sian!
But it makes the weekend much more fun. Theory of relativity!
Though i still can't see the next weekend in my mind..It's like a long way to go :/
The blisters on my foot is discouraging me to go for the 12km fast march..
I want the weekends to come soon!
..and this probably repeats every week until i ORD i guess. Except non-trainee life perhaps.

OMG?
I realised that there is a huge gap between the previous posts (post with pics and the next post). Was it a 3 month gap?
Or am I chronodisorientated?
:Z
Anyway, 2 movie reviews from me!
Ip Man (pronounced eep mun) or 葉問 is a kung fu movie. Not bad imo.
Spoiler alert!!!!!!
葉問 taught Luffy the gomu gomu no Gatling gun.
XD
Second movie:
Yes Man. Funny comedy. The lead actress is damned funny, especially when
SPOILER ALERT!
I don't really give out spoiler info do i?! :D Go watch it and you'll find it's funny if our sense of humor is on DA SAME LEVEL!!!

The Heart of Everything
A) Within Temptation's 2007 album The Heart of Everything is nice! I recommend it.
B) Nightwish's "Dark Passion Play" also good.
For more instrumental music, choose (B).
For more vocals than music, choose (A). I like the Within Temptation lead singer's voice!

:O
Long time no blog!
Especially after I entered NS. It's just the beginning though.
Anyway, I thought of blogging because zy was browsing through the 3B blog we had and commenting on the posts we made, which are like 4-5 years ago.. LOL!
Feels like a long way to go though. There are field camps(which i don't really like) and its exercises. Also i miss tekong- how funny it was that just weeks ago my BMT mates were commenting how we wanted to leave the place asap, and now we're missing it. I miss the fresh air and the 2.4km route in tekong!
Also, in the afternoon i checked my mail and got this:
One of the chain emails you actually want to break.
Especially when you know you are going to be in camp on friday.
No way I'm gonna get kissed in camp.

survey day (or night)
I came back from AMK, then msned abit and decided to do a survey on what people do on sundays.
So, i asked a bunch of people and see what kind of stuff they do. Someone answered and offlined soon after that, so i didn't ask "can i put your answer in public?" but anyway i took it as "yeah go ahead!!!!! its my pleasure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
P.S. those who i asked were those who i didn't know what they were doing.
Survey results!
I think i asked about 10-12 people on msn, so I'll put the results of their replies (or non-replies =/) here.
--Dunno: about 3-4 people.
--Stay (or slack) at home: 7-9 people, assuming more than that.
--Family day: 2 people.
--Go temple: Me (and other temple friends, but probably less relevant here).
--No reply: Everyone else! (5 people if im not wrong)
Wow totally positive results huh!!! lol.
Allow me to do an explanation on the results of this general social behaviour.
From the survey results, 3-4 people don't know what they are going to do on sundays. In other words, they have spontaneous activities on sundays. They can call their bestest friends and go "omg (insert name), you wanna go shopping?????? i like, saw this reaaaaalllllyyy , like, pretty?????? (insert some crazily overpriced accessory) that i MUST BUY!!!!!!!!!! you wanna come along to shop?" "oh okayyy!!"
There, they know what to do on sunday itself- That's spontaenity.
Hey!! Not everyone is like that okay!!!!! you might say.
That's true.
The rest:
"So what you going to do tomorrow?"
"dunno leh..................slack at home?"
"Maybe go buy (item)"
"or maybe next time then buy, then go watch movie ba.."
And they will end up pondering which is the wiser choice, and at the end of the day stay at home. This shows that people who "stay at home" and "dunno" may be having the same thoughts of sunday, increasing the overall number of people who are at home on sundays.
On the other hand, people who stay at home have one major reason:
1) Slack.
Slacking on a Sunday is usually a nice thing to do, especially when you have a hectic week before that, and on Saturdays you were going out with friends till late at night. In this case sunday's a day to recharge. It's a do-nothing-at-home day.
Personally, I am a stay at home because i dunno what to do on sundays, and my parents will occasionally family-day the sunday. My family's family day is to have a late breakfast outside together, then go home at around noon. After noon it is a good time to slack, but sometimes i feel like going out with friends too, maybe to sit around chat or something. I go to the temple every sunday now, and mostly it's for the whole day. Sometimes i reach home early around 4pm though.
Some have family days, which meant going out. Nothing much to explain about on family day, though most families go out for the whole day together.
Feel free to debate over this on your blog, and comment here to let me find out your views.

zomg kajor will not be Odexed T.T
i wanna ask someone!
Odex is prohibiting the download of anime because it is taking away business, where people can download animes instead of buying them. They are also tracking down people who are downloading anime by paying the ISPs to release information on their(ISP) customers. Those caught are fined S$3000 - S$5000. By the way, Odex kinda sells anime, legally.
Hm.
S$3000 - S$5000 seems a little too much for a fine, but it probably will serve as a warning for those who dare to challenge Odex =/. But what about animes which they don't publish? What about those underrated animes which nobody but a select few(including me?) watch? We can't download them too? Even youtube is removing all copyrighted material (including anime). We can't even stream anime anymore if every video streaming website does this.
In the past, the download of MP3 was banned because it allows people to listen to the newest songs without buying the album. This means lesser money for the artist producing the album. We still have internet radio now- we can listen to music legally, we can't download it. Next time we'll probably we watching anime via an internet TV (on winamp?)too, which means we can't choose when we want to watch it.
Not that the internet radio or TV or whatever is erm.....whatever man, cause i'm more concerned about unOdexed anime! WTF!!!!!!!!!!! What about darker than black or zombie loan or or or paprika? How do we watch anime that Odex isn't selling?

My supervisor let me go yesterday. which means i'm at home now! supervisor said he didn't let me go on thurs because i was still under him till friday, which means if anything happened he would have to be accounted for. 9 MORE DAYS ZOMG! AND IM SPENDING TIME IN THIS LAB UNABLE TO DO ANYTHING D=<
if you warm up to warm the body, why don't you cool up to increase the coolness in your body? cool down sounds like removing the cool in your body, which makes you even hotter.

arrgghh
I'm really doing nothing now in the lab. Feeling quite pissed off that my supervisor asked me to come back today and he isn't around when he told me to come back today and tomorrow. when i asked him what i have to do today(he called my hp yesterday) he didn't tell me much.
god damn it
total waste of time. i can't do anything in the lab. school blocked alot of websites(like forums and yahoo! answers even?)
-sidetrack-
Why the hell would the school want to block yahoo answers? In case students ask the people their homework on Y!A? if that's the case studs can go home and ask which makes no diff.
I think someone told me that the school server blocks a website automatically if it is visited too frequently. I hope that isn't the case because it is quite ridiculous to think about it. they might as well cut off access to internet if it was that case.
dammit. have to find some way to spend time + cool up.

Singapore countdo\/\/n: 10
-so much to say but nothing to tell-
That's how i'm feeling. Went to celebrate yanshuang's birthday yesterday(happy birthday and thanks yanshuang!!!) and meet people i haven't seen in a long time like eugene(LOL!) huida shawn weixin alvinS zhongyan jeremy and chiong(did i miss out anyone?)! The girls are yanshuang, yanni, steph belly chah zhang mei weiling chilli jean magdalene despina wan xuan and jac.
which means all the girls LOL.
Wanted to talk cock but very tired. Had fun making fun of eugene as usual and i realised one thing.
When guys eat, they don't talk. Girls do.
Guys talk only when they finished eating. Girls still do.
The NS guys talk about NS alot like all other ns guys except chiong(he doesn't talk about NS that passionately, but still do).
Huida and i were playing metal slug 6 via PSP(borrowed psp from jac- thanks juk!) which was quite funny.
huida:"eh zw u die already arh?"
me:"no la it's you"
then we looked at each other's screen and realised we dced.
It was alright after that stage but i exited the game accidentally(o.O). damn.
Jeremy was like saying "fuck" everywhere he went. E.g. *sits down on chair* Jam:"Fuck."
For no reason.
hahahahahahahahhahhahahhahaHAAHHAHAHAHAAHAHHHA!!!!!!!(sorry if you don't find the crude jokes funny)
And zhongyan was on a happy spree at there. But maybe not cause i don't think there is enough for him. A full man is a happy man lol.
The funny thing was nearing dessert the girls noticed and said:"eh you all guys never get drinks arh?"
Silence. Guess not lol.
So i said never mind cause chrysenthanum tea(how the hell do you spell it!?) was healthy.
Then yanni said something like:"We got lime juice."
-_- -.- .
Is cold lime juice healthy? I don't know. Maybe it is for her. Silly girl.
After having lunch the girls went into full camera order(FCO) and started taking pics.
Yanshuang started taking random photos with us there, like how random photos look like(i dont have the pics now).
Then we sang happy birthday for yanshuang, cut cake and ate. I think guys are shy to eat cake (dunno why?)
Anyway. Took a big group photo. I think this is the first time we celebrated with so many people we needed 2 tables hahahaha. The more the merrier! I suggested splitting half girls and guys so that the guys can eat more but the girls said they can do it too.
After that they had a random urge(urge?) to cycle. YAY!!!!!! cycling is like FTW, besides bowling. We went to east coast to cycle and chiong (thanks man)generously drove us there. In chiong's car there was weiling zhang mei alvin cheo chiong and me. chiong sent alvin cheo back.
weiling had to change cause she was wearing a skirt so she had to go home to change while we(chiong and i) waited downstairs.
weiling:"very fast one!"
Yeah. She was quick enough to let chiong do a 3-point-turn, reverse park nicely, read the street directory on how to go to east coast, put his bag behind, unfasten his seat belt and slack around for a very SHORT time before they came down.
We tried to persuade chiong to come but he don't want. So stubborn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111 lol.
Toilet for girls is like waiting to play LAN for sec sch kids- the queue seems to be there forever. Probably cause they take a longer time to finish their business. Guys do business like vending machines, very fast. Pee, wash hands and go. Or do a haircheck (for some guys)too?
So off we went to cycle and i learnt something at there- Never let yanni cycle in front. She's
Halfway through zhangmei fell and ankle-sprained herself, which we ended up using a doublecycle(whatever you call that). It's damn stable but hard to turn, which means i can't do half-butt cycling.
Which also means IT feels uncomfortable. But anyway after cycling a had a headache and didn't feel like eating dinner, so i just had coleslaw.
Oh another realisation. i think 4G girls like fast food outlets. wtf!
It's the last day I'm doing this project, even though it isn't taken into considersation for my overall year3 sem 1 results, i still wanna wrap up what i have done. [sounds like a speech HAHA] 9 more days to leaving Singapore and won't be back for 3months. I'm already missing Singapore! lol.
Not to mention my secondary school friends, PKS(temple) friends, poly friends, family and maybe *hub. Feels wierd to be missing people when they are already right in front of you LOL. Maybe i'm silly and stupid too.
Suddenly i thought about chiong now. When he went to UK for 6 months. Probably feeling the same sianed feeling, except that i volunteered to go to China.
Ok enough EMO stuff(i got more but dunno what to say). Hope you guys have a happy and crazy 3 months as usual in Singapore!

"in her own dreamland"when she cycles, the way you try to not let opponents in a racing competiton to take over. 1 bicycle taking up 2 lanes. Some of the more adventurous passerby cyclists overtook her but we know better than to do that...lol. I won't say much about belly wee. Yanni's cycling is like belly wee.
